Clover hitch / Two Half-hitches. The clove hitch has the same configeration as two half-hitches however what the rope is tied to defines the correct name.  If the end of a rope is tied to an object the correct term is a clover hitch. If however you are tying one rope around another rope the correct term is 'two-half hitches'.
