Shipping times

I ship on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Most ropes I keep in stock and can therefore ship most orders promptly. Domestic express shipping items are prioritised and will be dispatched the same or next day. Occasionally, a “trending” rope may become suddenly out of stock.

The maximum time for restocking is two weeks, but in most cases, this is remedied within five days. I always try to notify my customers if there is an unexpected delay.

Domestic shipping

All items are sent using 48 hour tracked post

Most customers find that their items arrive within 48 hours of shipping. I also offer an upgraded shipping option for Saturday and next-day delivery on domestic orders.

International shipping

This can vary from country to country. My shipping company, Royal Mail, advises:

• Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days.
• Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days.
