How to Tie: Shibari Reverse Tension Chest Harness
Name: Reverse Tension Chest Harness
This simple chest harness can be self-tied by those with the flexibility, but it is shown here being tied on someone.
When tying this on someone with breasts the bottom wraps sit snuggly under the breasts, when tying someone with breasts the bottom wrap sits just under the nipple on the pectoral muscle.
Rope
Rope: This harness was tied using one 8 meter Grey Jute rope. Depending on the size of the person you are tying you may need to join an additional rope if you run out.
Tutorial
1. Fold your rope in half, and take the middle (the bight) around the body above the chest to form a wrap.
2. Take the rope through the bight and reverse the tension.
3. Bring the rope all the way around the body again, under the previous wrap, making sure you don't have any twists in the rope.
4. Take the rope through the lower wrap
5. Reverse the tension, and bring the rope all the way around the body again this time under the nipples/breasts. and around to the back.
6. Bring the rope through the lowest wrap, and reverse the tension again.
7. Place a final wrap below the bottom one.
8. Tie two half-hitches to secure the rope pattern.
9. The Rope Pattern is Complete!
