Tutorial

1. take the rope over the wrap you are tying to and being it under the wrap on the opposite side that you wish to take the rope in (if you want to take the rope to the left, bring it out on the right hand side)

    

2. Take the rope in the direction you wish! Your full friction turn is complete.
